Scheduling the appointment was easy since I am able to confer directly with my service advisor, Thomas Muccilli, to schedule. I dropped the car off and was able to take the complimentary shuttle service back home. I was kept informed of the diagnostic process on my car via text message and I gave approval for part replacement based on the diagnostic output report via text message. This was very convenient since I was at home. I was able to pick the car up in the early afternoon after a 7:00 am drop-off.
