Seating

Five people can sit inside the new Chevrolet Equinox EV, which has two comfortable front bucket seats and a convenient 60/40 split-folding rear bench seat. There are 6-way manual controls for the driver’s seat and 4-way manual controls for the front passenger seat. The rear bench seat has manual levers that allow you to fold down one or both sides to expand your Equinox EV’s cargo area.

Interior

Inside the Equinox EV, there’s a 6-speaker audio system for perfect sound distribution. The 11-inch driver information center shows your vehicle’s important insights, while the adaptive cruise control function maintains a safe, pre-determined driving distance between your Equinox EV and the vehicle you’re following. Other standard cabin features include carpeted floor mats, power windows, a front center console, a rear folding armrest, and USB charging ports.

Technology

The 2025 Equinox EV has a 17.7-inch color LCD display with SiriusXM radio, Google built-in compatibility, and smartphone connectivity with natural voice recognition. The first three months of SiriusXM radio are free, allowing you to preview the hundreds of music, news, and sports stations before committing to a longer subscription. Google built-in gives you access to helpful resources like Assistant and Maps, while smartphone integration with voice recognition lets you make hands-free phone calls or send text messages while driving.

Safety

The new Equinox EV comes with Chevy Safety Assist, the innovative assistive driving package found in nearly all new Chevrolet vehicles. Chevy Safety Assist provides increased peace of mind by watching over your surroundings and alerting you to hazards before an accident occurs. The Chevy Safety Assist package includes Forward Collision Alert, Following Distance Indicator, Automatic Emergency Braking, and more.

Additional safety features in the new Equinox EV include Rear Seat Reminder, Teen Driver, and Safety Alert Seat. Rear Seat Reminder protects pets and small children from being left behind in the vehicle, while Teen Driver monitors your teen for dangerous driving habits. Safety Alert Seat warns you about incoming collisions by using a vibration in the driver’s seat to indicate the direction in which the collision is coming from.

Performance

The Chevrolet Equinox EV delivers eco-friendly performance with its electric propulsion system, onboard charging module, and electronic precision shift. The Equinox’s electric propulsion system has an EPA-estimated 319-mile range when fully charged, while the onboard charging module can reach 11.5 kW Level 2 charge rates.
